1. Jay Turner-Cooke – Midfielder
Firstly, Turner-Cooke, who at the age of 21, is ready in terms of maturity to break into the first team. His performances hadn’t been anything to shout about before this season.
The attacking midfielder was a star for the U21s, scoring five goals and providing three assist in 18 games for the Magpies this season.
Turner-Cooke is yet to make his first-team debut, but after an impressive season for the U21s, next year could be his time.
