Dean Henderson

Dean Henderson looked like he was destined to be not only the Man United number one goalkeeper but also the England number one.

His shot-stopping ability and his amazing spells on loan at Sheffield United where he was simply stellar made it look like he had the world at his feet with taking over from David De Gea simply a matter of time.

Henderson, however when he returned to United as the back-up to De Gea, under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, got the chance to stake his claim but a number of things left him not taking the opportunity as injury, form and then the resurgence of Spaniard De Gea left him on the sidelines again.

The England man deserves a shot at the big time as a number one keeper but whether that is at Newcastle behind current England number Nick Pope seems unlikely but you never know as it seems he is destined to leave Manchester United.
