5) Marco Silva (Fulham)

The bookmakers take odds on the next manager to leave his post, rather than on who will be sacked. The Cottagers’ head coach is in no danger of being fired, but he has not signed a new contract.

As things stand, Silva will leave Craven Cottage on June 30th. The club offered him an extension all the way back in November, but it remains unsigned.

The longer he delays the decision, the more likely it is that he will depart, having spent the last four and a half years in his current job.

There are others on this list who are expected to part ways with their clubs first, but Silva could well be on the move as well.
