Newcastle are lining up a move for a right winger before the transfer window closes, according to I News.
The Magpies are hoping to wrap up a deal for Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi first but head coach Eddie Howe is also looking to strengthen his options upfront ahead of next Friday’s deadline.
When asked whether the club should consider making a bid for Chelsea’s Noni Madueke, most fans on X agreed that he would be a good addition to the squad:
Think he'd be a great signing

What is Madueke’s situation at Chelsea?
The 22-year-old was an unused substitute in the 2-0 defeat to Manchester City last weekend, and the arrival of Pedro Neto from Wolves has raised doubts about his long-term future at Stamford Bridge.
It is believed that the Blues do need to raise money from player sales, although Madueke isn’t among the favourites to be sold. Raheem Sterling has been frozen out and he has been training away from the first-team squad.
Newcastle have looked at other wingers
Madueke is by no means the only right-winger under consideration. The club do have a longstanding interest in West Ham’s Jarrod Bowen but that deal would probably be too costly.
Another alternative is Nottingham Forest’s Anthony Elanga. The Magpies enquired about his availability when negotiating the sale of Elliot Anderson so there is a chance that interest in the Swedish international could be revived.
