The only non-English player on the list, Diogo Dalot has begun to thrive at Manchester United under the stewardship of Erik Ten Hag.
An attacking full-back by trade, Dalot is most comfortable when bombarding down the right flank to whip in a cross from the byline. Defensively, he has also made huge improvements over the last 12 months.
The 2022/23 season has been a real breakout year for the 24-year-old. So far, he has registered three assists and has scored a single goal in all competitions.
