Now that the 2022/23 Premier League season has ended, it’s time to look at some facts and figures – today, we’ll be examining the players who collected the most yellow cards.

There are some surprising names on this list – but it should come as no surprise that all the players on this list are central or defensive midfielders (where turnovers in play are most common).

We’ll be looking at players from Liverpool, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Fulham and Newcastle United for the purposes of this list.
