Some may see this as a controversial pick. Indeed, it was tough to choose between Riyad Mahrez, Dejan Kulesevski and Antony – but Mahrez’s stats this season are far superior to the other two.
In the current campaign, the Algerian has scored 12 goals in all competitions, as well as racking up eight assists. Additionally, five of those goals were scored in the Premier League.
Mahrez has often been branded as ‘overrated’ by pundits and fans alike – we think this is unfair. After all, the stats don’t lie.
