Joe Willock
Joe Willock, cast aside by his old club Arsenal, has found a new lease of life at Newcastle – he shows the Gunners what they are missing with every passing game.
He has more progressive carries than any other player in the Magpies’ squad in 2022/23 – 97 in total. He loves to run through the middle, making him a constant thorn in the side of holding midfielders.
All in all, Willock scored three Premier League goals for Newcastle last season, including six assists – he is a vital component in their midfield.
