Newcastle United superstar Bruno Guimaraes is clearly fond of his baby son Matteo – he has posted another picture of the adorable little cherub on Instagram, alongside his beautiful girlfriend Ana Lídia Martins.
The trio look to be a very happy family – both Guimaraes and Martins are pictured giving their smiling son a kiss in the post.
For the caption, Guimaraes wrote [translated from Portuguese]: “With me at all times until after the end = My family.”
Currently, Guimaraes’ post has just under 42,000 likes on Instagram. Several of his teammates, as well as a collection of other players, were among them – including Nick Pope, Lyon Women’s Wendie Renard and Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus.
Several other footballers left a comment on the post, too – including Joelinton and West Ham United midfielder Lucas Paqueta.
According to reports, Guimaraes has been with Martins since 2020 – Matteo is their first child together, having been born on October 21, 2022.
The 25-year-old is currently enjoying a wonderful season at Newcastle – he has completely revolutionised the Magpies’ midfield with his limitless energy, adroit passing and excellent ball control. He is proving to be one of the best Newcastle signings in years – and he gets better and better with each game.
They’re going through a rough patch of form at the moment – however, even if Guimaraes isn’t winning on the pitch, he’s certainly winning off it.
